Further to earlier intimations in relation to the Extension of the issue closer of the proposed Right Issue of the Company, the date of the Rights Issue, which opened on Monday, May 13, 2024 and scheduled to be closed on Tuesday May 21, 2024 has now been extend to Thursday May 30, 2024. The last date of submission of the duly filled in Application Form (along with amount payable on application) is Thursday, May 30, 2024, in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations and other applicable laws including the circulars issued by SEBI from time to time, Billwin Industries has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisements issued by the Company and published on May 22, 2024 in all editions of English national daily newspaper, ‘Business Standard’, all editions of Hindi national daily newspaper, ‘Business Standard’, and Mumbai Lakshadweep’ (where the Company’s registered office is located).
