Panth Infinity has received approval from board for acquisition of 100% stake in Corcano Trade making it a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong by the name of Corcano Trade. The objective of acquisition is to mitigate the weaknesses of either business and to bolster their combined strengths, to remove a competitor or threat within their industry, or to undergo a period of exponential growth in a short space of time. The cost of acquisition is 25000 HKD.
