Jamna Auto Industries has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with VE Commercial Vehicles for supply of leaf and parabolic springs and increase in shares of business. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 24, 2024 has also approved the setting up of new manufacturing facility at Indore, for production of leaf and parabolic springs.
