Autoline Industries enters into agreements with Hamsa Solar Asset Series 4

Autoline Industries has entered into a Power Purchase agreement and Share Subscription & Shareholders’ agreement with Hamsa Solar Asset Series 4, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) (Power Producer) created under captive scheme (Incorporated under Companies act 2013).

The Power Purchase agreement between Hamsa Solar Asset Series 4 and Autoline Industries in which Power Producer shall deliver the Power to the Company from Solar plant to be establish at project site 290/1/A & 290/1/B, Bhalvani Village, Mangalwedha Taluka, Solapur District, Maharastra. The Company has entered in the aforementioned agreements on May 27, 2024.

Autoline Industries is engaged in manufacturing of various auto parts/sheet metal components for passenger cars, sports utility vehicles (SUV), commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, tractors, etc.
