Lancor Holdings surges on getting nod to raise Rs 60 crore via NCDs

Lancor Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 43.30, up by 0.28 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 43.02 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 43.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 43.69 and Rs. 43.00 respectively. 

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 63.00 on 04-Mar-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 23.69 on 01-Jun-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 48.88 and Rs. 42.51 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 316.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.08%, while Non-Institutions held 37.92% stake in the company.

Lancor Holdings has received approval for issuance of Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) to the applicant totally aggregating to Rs 60 crore with a Face value of Rs1 lakh each on private placement basis in one or more tranches over a period of time. The Board of directors of the company at their meeting held on May 28, 2024, has approved the same.

Lancor Holdings is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in the construction and sale of residential properties, construction and leasing of commercial properties.
