With reference to letter dated 28th May, 2024 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 thereby informing about the fines imposed by the BSE, NTC Industries has informed about corrigendum due to a typographical human error and request to read date mentioned in the fifth line of the second paragraph of the letter as ‘20.04.2023’ instead of ‘20.03.2023’. Other contents of the said letter dated 28th May, 2024 remains same and unchanged.
