Nanavati Ventures has informed that the company is listed on the SME platform of BSE and as per Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Regulation 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D, and E of Schedule V of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply to the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. The company being an entity listed on SME Exchange, compliance under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall not apply to the Company; Therefore, the Company has not required to submit Disclosure of Related Party Transaction for the Half Year ended 31st March, 2024. The company will continue to comply with the other applicable listing compliance.
