Housing Development & Infrastructure (HDIL) is reportedly planning to sell 70 acres of land in Kochi in Kerala to mobilize resources. It is selling development rights and land parcels with an aim to reduce its debt and fund projects.
The company is looking for prospective buyers/Joint Venture partner for land at Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala. The company had also planned to build a mixed use project Cybercity at Kalamassery special economic zone at an investment of Rs 2,300 crore. The project will have a built up area of 10 million square feet.
