As per regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 every listed company shall be required to submit ‘disclosures of related party transactions’ within 15 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year, Shentracon Chemicals has informed that, read with Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the above mentioned provision shall not be applicable to the company as the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is less than Rs 25.00 Crore as on 31/03/2024. The Company, therefore, is not required to submit Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction as per Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
