Pursuant to Section 30(4) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills has informed that the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Shree the company (Corporate Debtor) had approved the Resolution Plan submitted by the Prospective Resolution Applicant on 14th February, 2024. Thereafter, the Resolution Professional (RP) has filed an application for approval of Resolution Plan, with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (Hon’ble NCLT) for its subsequent approval thereupon on 23rd February, 2024. The next date of hearing for the approval of Resolution Plan filed before the Hon’ble NCLT will be held on 05th June, 2024.
