The company has also enclosed the Scrutinizer Report on E-voting conducted in pursuant to the provisions of section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014. The above are also being uploaded on the website of the Company. Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report, the business items as mentioned in the Notice of the Postal Ballot have been passed with requisite majority.
