CHD Developers has acquired 100,000 equity shares of International Infratech (IIPL) on March 20, 2013 on allotment and 164,000 shares on June 04, 2013 from existing shareholders of IIPL. As a result of such acquisitions entire shareholding of IIPL i.e. 915,450 shares are held by the company and IIPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The company has acquired 651,450 shares of IIPL from existing shareholders on February 05, 2013.
International Infratech has a licensed land admeasuring 2.025 acres for setting up of a commercial colony, falling in revenue estate of village Chauma, Sector 109, Gurgaon district at Haryana.
