Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mafatlal Industries has informed that the Company has received an intimation on June 07, 2024, from KFin Technologies, the Company’s RTA, regarding loss of share certificates and issue of letter of confirmation and in that respect, relevant details are enclosed. Accordingly pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 letter of confirmation will be issued in lieu of duplicate share Certificates only after the necessary formalities are carried out.
