Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Pavna Industries has informed that the Company has successfully completed the acquisition of an aggregate Industrial land parcel of 4335 sq. meters in Pantnagar. The transaction would not fall under the ambit of related party transactions and none of the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in the Asset being acquired. In this regard, the company has attached a press release.
