In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HMT has informed that the Company has received an Order dated 7th June, 2024 from Ministry of Heavy Industries informing the approval of the Competent Authority for entrusting the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), HMT to Sameena Kohli, General Manager (Finance-SBD & ISG), Bharat Heavy Electricals, Bengaluru for a period of one year or till the joining of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders whichever is earliest, subject to approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC). Details required as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 shall be informed separately as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 within the stipulated timeframe upon induction on the Board.
