Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A and Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Benares Hotels has informed that it enclosed the following documents: (a) Copies of the Newspaper Advertisement published in Financial Express, Delhi and Mumbai Editions (English Language) and in Hindustan, Varanasi Edition (Hindi language) on June 8, 2024 and (b) Copy of reminder letter sent to concerned Shareholders whose dividend(s) are unclaimed for 7 consecutive years and whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority during FY 2024-25. Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended, the above-mentioned reminder letters were dispatched in physical mode by way of Speed Post / Registered Post to the concerned shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for seven or more consecutive years and whose shares are liable for transfer to the Demat Account of IEPF Authority.
