Sps International has informed that in continuation with the earlier Financial Results submitted for the board meeting held on 06th May 2024 at 13:00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company at Plot No. 15/1, Ground Floor, Main Mathura Road, Faridabad, Haryana- 121003 through Video Conferencing considered, approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended as on 31st March 2024 along with the Auditors report as per SEBI prescribed format thereon pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Also informed that it rectified the inadvertent clerical/typographical error in the Auditor’s Report Format which was represented earlier & now rectified with ‘according to the prescribed format of SEBI (SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD1/80/2019 dated July 19, 2019).’
