In continuation to the intimation made by the Company on 10th June, 2024 in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dhyaani Tradeventture has informed that due to certain unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of Dhyaani Tradeventtures which was scheduled on Thursday, 13th June, 2024 was cancelled. Further, company shall intimate the date for the new board meeting in due course.
