Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has informed that Vaibhav Kunkolienkar, Head - Procurement, Senior Management Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation from the said position, effective from the close of business hours of June 14, 2024, due to personal and professional reasons. To ensure a seamless transition, he shall continue to be an employee till September 13, 2024. Requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A and the Resignation Letter of Vaibhav Kunkolienkar is enclosed as Annexure B.
