Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Starlineps Enterprises has informed that Neha Shah (ACS 63972) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has taken her resignation in its Board Meeting held on 30th May, 2024 and she shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 15th June, 2024.
