Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as amended (the ‘Listing Regulations’), Suumaya Corporation has informed that, Ankita Satwara has tendered her resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from close of working hours of June 15, 2024, due to the reasons as provided in her resignation letter.
