B-Right Realestate’s material subsidiary-- B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP has formed new Private Limited Company with 79% Shareholding, by the name ‘DVA B-Right Developers’ on June 14, 2024. By Virtue of said transaction, DVA B-Right Developers becomes Step down subsidiary of the Company. Cost of acquisition is Rs 79,000. Objects of acquisition is to develop Real Estate projects which are presently with DVA Group.

B-Right Realestate is an integrated construction and real estate development company that primarily focuses on the construction of residential and commercial projects.
