With reference to the email dated 12th June,2024 ; regarding the non-disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024; Machino Plastics has informed that the Company has already informed BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange ) on dated 29th May, 2024 for condonation of delay in which reason was already explained and requested for relaxation for submission of Audited financial results of fourth quarter board meeting of FY 2023-2024 under Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimation copy attached. Due to non-availability of Directors, Company was unable to hold the board meeting within due date that is why company planned the board meeting on 4th June, 2024 accordingly to make it convenient to the Directors. In view of the reasons mentioned above, there was a delay in submission of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
