Tips Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved a proposal to change the name of the Company from ‘Tips Industries Limited’ to ‘Tips Music Limited’ and consequential alteration in Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company to give effect to the change of name of the Company, through circular resolution on June 17, 2024, subject to the approval of the Members, Stock Exchanges, Ministry of Corporate affairs and other concerned authorities.
