Uravi T And Wedge Lamps has informed that Uravi T and Wedge Lamps (the company) has agreed to: May acquire upto 55% shares of SKL (India) (SKL India), by way of secondary acquisition, in one or more tranches, for a total consideration upto INR 20.1 crores from the Existing Promoters of SKL India (the sellers). The company shall acquire upto 43.91% stake in first tranche, 6.1% in second tranche and the balance stake may be purchased in subsequent tranche(s). For this purpose, Purchasers have executed Agreement for Purchase dated June 18, 2024 with SKL India Private Limited, Existing Promoters of the company. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, is attached as per Annexure A.
