Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’), Garment Mantra Lifestyle has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, July 08, 2024 to transact the following business: 1. To consider a proposal for issue of Bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio, as it may deem fit by way of capitalization of reserves, subject to approval of Shareholders. 2. To Increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and consequent alteration in the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company; 3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from close of business hours of June 19, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board i.e. till end of day, July 10, 2024.
