Krishna Ventures has informed that the Company has processed entire payment for the acquisition of LEEL Electricals with the Liquidator of the Leel Electricals - As going Concern” as per Terms of LOI and the Company has received ‘Certificate of Sale’ on the same. The sale of ‘M/s Leel Electricals - As Going Concern’ under Section 32A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process), 2016 has been approved by Hon’ble NCLT, Allahabad and an order Dated 21.03.2024 has been awarded to Company.
