Prima Plastics has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in the name of ‘Prima Innovation’ on June 20, 2024. The object of incorporation is to diversify and expand the current business operations which will help the company in becoming more agile and diversified.
