Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Virya Resources has informed that Stuti Pareek (M.No: A70965) Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company has resigned from 19.06.2024. The same will be placed before the Board in the ensuing Board Meeting. Her successor shall be appointed in due course within the time limits prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange.
