Annual Audited accounts for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021; ii. Annual Audited accounts for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022; iii. Annual Audited accounts for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. Further, in continuation to letter dated 30th March, 2024, the trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company has been closed with effect from 1st April, 2024 till Forty-Eight hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
