With reference to E-mail no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/HK/ 2024-2025 / 2373, dated June 21,2024, received at 10:07 PM seeking clarification in respect to price movement of the Company's Security at Exchange, in the recent past, Him Teknoforge has informed that, there is no additional information and/or announcement, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which in opinion may have a bearing on the Price behaviour of the Company's Scrip. Therefore, whatever the Movement in company Share is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reason. Further noted that, the Company has been regularly disseminating price sensitive information from time to time in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
