Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code on Insider Trading, Integra Engineering India has informed that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from July 1, 2024. The trading window shall be opened after the passing of 48 hours from conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to separately. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
