Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that pursuant to BIL Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated employees, specified person and connected person shall remain closed from 1st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to in due course.
