Manaksia has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 will be informed in due course to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
