Eyantra ventures has received approval for the incorporation of a Wholly owned Subsidiary (WoS) in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE, in the name and style eYantra Ventures FZC or any other name as may be approved by the Ajman regulatory authorities. The objects of the proposed WoS are Information Technology Consultancy and Gift Trading. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 27, 2024, has inter alia approved the same.

Eyantra ventures (formerly known as Punit Commercials) is the largest B2B Corporate Gifting and Custom Merchandise solution provider in India.
