Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, Triveni Glass has informed that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July , 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 after being approved by the Board of Directors.
