Atam Valves has informed that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from Monday, 01st July, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2024. The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchange i.e. when the information becomes generally available. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2024 will be intimated separately.
