Tatia Global Vennture has informed that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and pursuant to the Company's ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading By Designated Persons’, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated person or class of designated persons of the Company from July 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024, will be informed in due course.
