Inertia Steel has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all the Designated persons (Insiders/ Connected Persons) of the Company from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for that quarter to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Trading Window of the Company, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all the designated persons (Insiders/ Connected Persons) of the Company from Monday, 1st July, 2024 until 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st June, 2024 are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
