Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation has informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 (Forty-eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Accordingly, all the 'Designated persons' and 'their immediate relatives' have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving shares of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
