Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has already commenced from 1st July, 2024 and the same shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company both Standalone and Consolidated for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 in the Board Meeting to be held on 10th July, 2024.
