Shirpur Gold Refinery has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company is closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Corporate Debtor for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 for all suspended board of directors / designated Employees of the Company from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours from the Board Meeting in which the above results will be approved, the date of which will be communicated in due course.
