Padam Cotton Yarns has informed that, pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of Padam Cotton Yarns in their 30th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 2024 at 10:00 am, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Viney Goel & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Karnal (FRN012188N), as Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a 1st term of 5 years from 1st April, 2024 to 31st March, 2029 and they shall hold office from the conclusion of this 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held 2029. Disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-I.
