Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Alstone Textiles (India) has informed that there is a Change in Directors of Board Prerna Singh (DIN: 10153909), Non-Executive & Independent Directors of the Company has resigned from the Board with effect from July 08, 2024 on account of personal reasons and unavoidable reason. Further, it has confirmed that the Company has received confirmation from Board Prerna Singh (DIN: 10153909), Non- Executive & Independent Directors that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than those provided in the Resignation as Annexure. Further also that the Disclosure Required pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, received from the Independent Directors is enclosed. Further, Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is also enclosed.
