Himadri Speciality Chemical’s Wholly Owned Subsidiary--Himadri Clean Energy (HCEL) has received approval for the proposed acquisition of 100% shareholding of Himadri Green Technologies Innovation. On completion of the said acquisitions, Himadri Green Technologies Innovation will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of HCEL and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2024, inter-alia has considered and approved the same.
Himadri Speciality Chemical is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of carbon materials and chemicals. The company has operations in India and caters to both domestic and international markets.
