Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Regulation 33 and Regulation 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), as amended from time to time, Asian Hotels (West) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. July 17, 2024, at 11:15 AM approved appointment of Harish Kumar Gautam as CFO of the Company, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Harish Kumar Gautam has also been appointed as Officer in Default under Section 2(60) of the Companies Act, 2013. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A to this letter, the contents of which are self-explanatory.
