B-Right Realestate’s material subsidiary-- B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP has formed new Private Limited Company with 49% Shareholding, by the name ‘B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers’ on July 18, 2024. By Virtue of above transaction, B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers becomes Step down subsidiary of the Company. The company has formed new Private Limited Company for development of Real Estate projects which are presently with Bombay Highlines Group.
B-Right Realestate is an integrated construction and real estate development company that primarily focuses on the construction of residential and commercial projects.
