Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Road Network has informed that Solapur Tollways (STPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has vide its letter dated 19.07.2024 submitted a Notice of Termination of Project under Article 37.3.2 of the Concession Agreement dated 29.02.2012 entered into between STPL with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on account of various default / breaches committed by NHAI of the Concession Agreement. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed.
