Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has informed that in continuation to the intimation dated June 22, 2024 the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today, Friday, July 19, 2024, through VC/ OAVM, without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, which commenced at 3:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 3:54 PM (IST). Thereafter, e-Voting was open for 15 minutes from the conclusion of the meeting which ended at 4:09 PM (IST). This is in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations. In this regard, it has enclosed the summary of proceedings of the AGM of the Company as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the Chairman’s speech as read out during the AGM.
