Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Wardwizard Foods and Beverages has informed that with reference to earlier Intimation dated 15th July, 2024 (Ref: WFBL/BSE/INTIMATIONRESIGNATION/JULY-2024), on 22nd July, 2024 the Company has received resignation letter from Sanjay Soni (DIN: 02613471), tendering his resignation as Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 1st August, 2024. He has also confirmed that, the resignation is due to preoccupation and personal reasons (Attached Resignation Letter). The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/CIR/2023/122, is enclosed in Annexure I.
